 CAFE NOIR  INGREDIENTS  - 2 oz. El Silencio Espadin  - 1 oz. Galliano Ristretto  - 1 Double Shot Espresso (2 oz.)  METHOD  Stir with Cinnamon Stick & Vanilla Bean -Serve in a latte cup or your favorite coffee mug

CAFE NOIR

INGREDIENTS

- 2 oz. El Silencio Espadin

- 1 oz. Galliano Ristretto

- 1 Double Shot Espresso (2 oz.)

METHOD

Stir with Cinnamon Stick & Vanilla Bean -Serve in a latte cup or your favorite coffee mug

 BOBBIN APPLE BUCK  INGREDIENTS  -1.5 oz. El Silencio Espadin  -.5 oz. Honey Syrup (3:1)  -.5 oz. Lime  -1.5 oz. Hard Cider  METHOD  Shake and strain into an ice-filled pilsner glass.   Top off with hard cider.

BOBBIN APPLE BUCK

INGREDIENTS

-1.5 oz. El Silencio Espadin

-.5 oz. Honey Syrup (3:1)

-.5 oz. Lime

-1.5 oz. Hard Cider

METHOD

Shake and strain into an ice-filled pilsner glass.

 Top off with hard cider.

Lime Juice   - .75 oz. Lemon Juice   - .75 oz. Pineapple Juice - Dash Angostura   METHOD  Shake & Pour Pineapple Leaves & Nutmeg - Pilsner Glass

INGREDIENTS

  - 2 oz. El Silencio Espadin
 - .5 oz. Dos Maderos 5x5 Rum
 - .5 oz. Hamilton 151 Rum
 - .75 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
 - .75 oz. Demerara Syrup
 - .75 oz. Lime Juice
  - .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  - .75 oz. Pineapple Juice
- Dash Angostura 

METHOD

Shake & Pour
Pineapple Leaves & Nutmeg - Pilsner Glass

 HOLIDAY IN OAXACA  INGREDIENTS  - 1.5 oz. Espadin - 1 oz. Cranberry Syrup (1 part unsweetened Cranberry Juice to 1 part sugar)  - .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice  METHOD  Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top off with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

HOLIDAY IN OAXACA

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz. Espadin
- 1 oz. Cranberry Syrup
(1 part unsweetened Cranberry Juice to 1 part sugar)

- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

METHOD

Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top off with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

 THE MINTY  INGREDIENTS  - 1.5 oz. El Silencio Espadin - 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice - 3 oz Juiced Cucumber - Fresh mint  METHOD  Muddle Mint - Add additional ingredients  Shake with Ice & Strain  Garnish: Cucumber Wheel & Mint

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz. El Silencio Espadin
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz Juiced Cucumber
- Fresh mint

METHOD

Muddle Mint - Add additional ingredients
Shake with Ice & Strain
Garnish: Cucumber Wheel & Mint

 MICHELADA  INGREDIENTS  - 6 dashes Maggi seasoning - 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce - 6 dashes Cholula hot sauce - 3.5 oz fresh lime juice - 1.5 oz tomato juice - 5 oz Mexican beer  METHOD  Slowly churn all ingredients to mix. Serve in tall glass with a chile salt rim, cilantro sprig, cocktail olive, cocktail onion, and a lime wedge

MICHELADA

INGREDIENTS

- 6 dashes Maggi seasoning
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 6 dashes Cholula hot sauce
- 3.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz tomato juice
- 5 oz Mexican beer

METHOD

Slowly churn all ingredients to mix.
Serve in tall glass with a chile salt rim, cilantro sprig, cocktail olive, cocktail onion, and a lime wedge

 OAXACAN BEET NEGRONI  INGREDIENTS  - 1 oz. Beet infused El Silencio Espadin* - 1 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth - 1 oz. Campari  METHOD  Stir with ice & Strain Rocks Glass - Orange Peel   * Beet infused El Silencio Espadin *  - 9 Beets(rough chopped) - 1 bottle ES Espadin (750 ml) Combine ingredients and let sit for 48 hours. Fine strain and bottle.

OAXACAN BEET NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

- 1 oz. Beet infused El Silencio Espadin*
- 1 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- 1 oz. Campari

METHOD

Stir with ice & Strain
Rocks Glass - Orange Peel

* Beet infused El Silencio Espadin *
- 9 Beets(rough chopped)
- 1 bottle ES Espadin (750 ml)
Combine ingredients and let sit for 48 hours.
Fine strain and bottle.

 SMOKE & BUBBLES  INGREDIENTS  - 1 oz. El Silencio Espadin - .5 oz. Grenadine - .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice - .5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice  METHOD  Shake with ice & strain into a chilled champagne flute Top up with 1 oz. champagne and garnish with a lime wheel  

SMOKE & BUBBLES

INGREDIENTS

- 1 oz. El Silencio Espadin
- .5 oz. Grenadine
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

METHOD

Shake with ice & strain into a chilled champagne flute
