The Eternal Kiss

Remember how excited you were as a kid to get those perfectly wrapped little silver chocolate drops - or, better yet, if they were the seasonal red and green kind? (Admit it - those always tasted better, somehow.) 

Recreate that excitement as an adult with our Hershey’s Kiss cocktail! An indulgent blend of Mezcal Espadin, angostura bitters, chocolate syrup, and whole milk, this chocolate cocktail can indulge your sweet tooth and remind you of your favorite candy stash as a kid. For a little extra texture and flavor, try it with our grenadine whipped cream on top!

INGREDIENTS

For the Cocktail

1 oz. Mezcal El Silencio Espadin 

4 oz. Whole Milk 

1 oz. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup 

3 dashes Angostura Bitters 

For the Whipped Cream

3 oz. Heavy Cream 

1.5 oz. Grenadine 

METHOD

Make the whipped cream: pour both ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until soft peaks form on the top. 

Set the whipped cream aside. 

Pour all of the cocktail ingredients into a glass. 

Mix the cocktail ingredients to incorporate the chocolate syrup. 

Add ice and stir to chill. 

Strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass. 

Top the cocktail with whipped cream.
